How to Subscribe to inSide828 so I get notified of updates by email

I see I can subscribe to inSide828's activities on the Activity section of the main page, on the lower left corner of Activities, with the orange icon that says RSS.

But it sends me to subscribe either in iGoogle's Home Page, or Google's Reader.

I would like the notices to come to my email box, especially while the network is still small.

Is there a way to do that?

Outlook has the ability to take RSS Feeds, Outlook Express Does not. Even then they will NOT come into your email inbox - because they are not using the SMTP or POP Protocols - they are using RSS (hope this makes sense).

Bottom line is that you will need a 'News Reader" (like what Google offers) to take RSS Feeds.

I personally use FeedDemon (for Windows) it is made by NewsGator.com.
